  61.    In addition to the standard form of telephone/fax/letter
  62. support, Quarterdeck offers another from of Tech Support -
  63. Quarterdeck Office Systems / Electronic Technical Support
  64. (QOS/ETS).  The QOS/ETS program is a semi-formal Technical Support
  65. program and is conducted through several online services.

  67.    Quarterdeck operates it's own BBS for Tech Support.  The
  68. Quarterdeck BBS USA can be reached at 213-396-3904, 9600-8-N-1 The
  69. Quarterdeck BBS has 2 Hayes V-series 9600 modems.

  72. support on any or all of the computer systems/networks listed

  99. Quarterdeck via that BBS.  However, many Sysops are willing to
  100. carry more Forums if users request it.
